Lucy Hall, a talented shooter, began competing in 2015. She joined the GB Talent Pathway at 12 and represented Great Britain in Olympic Trap at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
About
Lucy Hall’s journey in shooting began in the summer of 2015, when she entered her first registered competition: the prestigious Dougall Memorial and English Open Down the Line Championship at Bywell Shooting Ground. Later that year, Lucy’s skill and potential were recognised when she was offered a place on the GB Talent Pathway Programme for Olympic Trap. At just 12 years old and with only six months of shooting experience, she became the youngest participant on the program, which is designed to develop athletes for future Olympic competitions.
Lucy was introduced to shooting by her father and grandfather, both experienced shooters who inspired her to take up the sport. She quickly developed a passion for it and has achieved considerable success in the years since. In 2024, Lucy represented Great Britain at the Paris Olympics, marking a significant milestone in her career and further establishing her as a talented competitor on the international stage.
With a strong foundation and a clear dedication to her sport, Lucy Hall continues to build on her achievements, striving for success at the highest levels of competition. We can’t wait to see what is next for this young talent!
