Richard Faulds

An Olympic athlete and prominent British shooter. He has since retired from competitive shooting and now coaches the next generation of shooters. He has been an active supporter of SWATCOM since the outset, with the Active8 being his preferred choice for ear defenders.

About

Richard Faulds MBE entered competitive sports for Great Britain at 13, becoming the world junior champion at 16. His Olympic journey started in Atlanta 1996 at the age of 19, finishing fifth. Four years later, he secured Olympic gold, setting a then Olympic record. His Olympic endeavours continued at Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, and London 2012.

In 2010, Richard and his wife Tanya, opened Owls Lodge Shooting School to help coach the next generation of Sporting Shooters. Richard announced his retirement in December 2014.
